Introduction and general provisions

Welcome to the Sigma Online website. Below are the terms and conditions for using and accessing the pages of the “Sigma Online” website or “sigmaonline.sa.” The words and expressions contained in this agreement shall have the meanings specified for them as follows:

"Sigma Online": means Sally Healthcare Limited.

“Site”: Wherever mentioned in the Agreement, it means “Sigma Online Site”. All pages, links, tools and features branching from the Site and related to the services provided by it are considered an integral part of the Sigma Online Website.

“Customer”: means the party requesting the service from the “Website”, whether this party is a natural person or a legal person.

“Agreement” means the Sigma Online Website Terms and Conditions Agreement, which includes all the terms and conditions explained to the Customer and which govern and regulate the Customer’s use of the Sigma Online Website.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that his use of the Website constitutes an explicit and clear acknowledgment that he has read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the manner of using the Website. It is also considered an explicit acceptance and agreement on his part to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to comply with them, and he has full legal capacity. The Customer’s use of the Website is also considered an explicit acknowledgment on his part to be bound by and comply with all the terms and conditions of the Agreement and all the terms and conditions of Sally Medical Care Company. It is known to the Customer that in the event that the acceptance condition is selected, the terms and conditions of the Agreement are considered effective against the Customer.

These Terms of Use and the Legal Documents are subject to change by us at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Legal Documents as amended.

About the site

This website is an e-commerce platform that allows Sally Healthcare and its affiliated group to display and sell their products, and also allows companies and individuals to purchase a variety of products.

Registration conditions:

1. You must be of legal age, which is 18 years, to be able to purchase products in your country of residence. The site has the right to cancel the account of any member who has not reached the age of 18 without notice, and is committed to settling his financial accounts immediately upon closing the account.

2. You must be able to provide an address in Saudi Arabia for delivery of the products.

3. No person shall be entitled to use the Site if his membership has been cancelled by Sigma Online.

4. If a user registers as a business entity, his business entity shall be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

5. Every person using the website must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regulating electronic commerce (online commerce).

6. No customer has the right to use one email address and/or one mobile number to open more than one account for any reason. The website management has the right to freeze violating accounts and/or cancel these accounts or one of them, with the obligation to liquidate all transactions related to the account before closing and/or freezing and/or canceling it, without incurring any responsibility on the website.

7. The customer has the right to choose to enter the website as a visitor or as a beneficiary of the Arbahi program, according to the program policy stated on the website.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event that he is proven to have violated Clause (5) above, the website and Sally Medical Care Company have the right to cancel any purchase or sale orders or any transactions carried out by the customer. In this case, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the website and Sally Medical Care Company do not bear any responsibility.

Customer Obligations

When you use or access the Services, you agree to the following:

1. He is responsible for maintaining the privacy and restricting access to and use of his account and password, and agrees to bear responsibility for all activities that occur under his account name and password.

2. Agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of the Site's secure usage standards.

7. The client acknowledges that if his violation is proven, Sally Medical Care Company has the right to take all legal measures against him and demand compensation for the damages it has incurred.

General Terms

Compensation for damages

Amendments to the User Agreement and Site Operations

You acknowledge and agree that the Site will notify you of any amendment to the User Agreement, and that such amendments may increase your obligations in accordance with any amendments made to the User Agreement.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Website, at its sole discretion and without incurring any legal liability, may make any fundamental or subsidiary amendments to this Agreement without requiring additional approval from you, at any time and with immediate effect, and you will be notified of these amendments by posting an announcement on the Website.

The customer is aware that the website is not considered an auction or a bank and does not provide similar services. Rather, it is an electronic website through which goods and products of Al-Dawaa pharmacies and their affiliated groups in the Kingdom are sold.

Terms and Conditions of Application Collection Fees:

We will charge a 1% order collection service fee when you choose the “Buy Now, Pay Later” payment method.

This fee applies only to qualifying items.

These fees are displayed before order completion and are non-refundable in all cases, including item returns or order cancellations.

Some products or categories may be exempt from order assembly fees based on promotions or product type.

By using the Buy Now Pay Later service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Service and price modifications

We reserve the right to change our product prices at any time without prior notice.

Products and Customer Reviews

Customers who have rated a product or service provide Sigma Online with full rights and authority to reproduce their reviews in newsletters, marketing materials, or on the website without the customer's consent based on their agreement to submit the review.

We reserve the right to limit the number of items selected per person, per household, or per order in the Shopping Cart.

The order limitation system applies to items ordered from the same account or credit card, as well as orders that use the same shipping or billing address. We will notify the customer if the order limitation system is applied to their account.

Offer items are not automatically added to the shopping cart (if the customer does not add the free 1+1 or 2+1 product, the product will be delivered at its original price).

Accuracy of account statements and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to these tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of these optional third-party tools.

Your use of any optional tools offered through our site is entirely at your own risk and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which any tools provided by the third party are used.

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools or resources), and such new features and/or services will also be subject to these Terms of Use.

Delivery information

Dear customer, please specify the delivery mechanism for the requested purchases by activating one of the following options:

Urgent delivery within 7 days

The company may modify the delivery dates of the products in the event of emergency circumstances, accidents, or any other technical problems. The company also has the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery date to suit the company's circumstances.

For a reason attributable to the customer or by receiving the order himself after the actual shipping process has been completed.

The shipping date depends on your order, city, and payment method. Please note that reservation requests are not included in the standard shipping time summary below.

The maximum delivery time is 7 working days, depending on the type and quantity of items.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. For the estimated delivery date and time, please check the product page. The product page is updated regularly based on the most current information.

Delivery also depends on customer acceptance and the scheduled delivery date and time with the Sigma Online team, other delivery companies, or the shipping team. If the customer cannot be contacted by the specified time, delivery will be delayed, at no time will Sally Medical Care be held liable.

Sigma Online provides free delivery for orders of 300 riyals and above. If the order value is less than 300 riyals, a non-refundable shipping fee will be added if the order is returned for a reason attributable to the customer or if the customer receives the order himself after the actual shipping process has been completed.

Please note that orders from customers whose address is not specified in the list of cities and neighborhoods in the shipping address will be immediately cancelled by Sigma Online.

If you order both large and small items from our website, the items may be delivered to your specified location but with different shipments and at different times.
